WHERE WILL THE CONFERENCE BE HELD?
The Crea Conference will take place in three locations:
– The main venue will be the Casa das Campás, a building that houses the vice-rectorate of Pontevedra in the heart of the city.

– The Faculty of Design is located in the urban area; part of the sessions will take place on its assembly hall on Monday the 4th in the afternoon.

– On Tuesday the 5th, also in the afternoon, we will visit the Faculty of Communication, situated on the university campus. This faculty is a 15-minute walk from the city centre and offers free parking on campus.

HOW TO GET TO PONTEVEDRA?
Whether arriving in Galicia via the Autovía del Noroeste (A-6, Madrid – A Coruña) or the Autovía das Rías Baixas (A-52, Benavente – Vigo), the main access route to Pontevedra is the Autopista del Atlántico (AP-9), a toll highway that connects northern Galicia (Ferrol and A Coruña) with Portugal (Valença do Minho), passing through Santiago de Compostela, Pontevedra and Vigo.
By train:
RENFE offers three daily direct connections between Madrid and Pontevedra. The city is also accessible via mid-distance trains that connect Pontevedra with Santiago de Compostela (30 minutes), A Coruña (60 minutes) and Vigo (30 minutes), operating at approximately one-hour intervals throughout the day. By plane:
The closest airports to Pontevedra are Peinador in Vigo (30 minutes) and Lavacolla in Santiago de Compostela (45 minutes). It is also possible to fly to Alvedro in A Coruña (1 hour and 15 minutes) and Francisco Sá Carneiro in Porto (1 hour and 30 minutes). The airlines with the most services at Galician airports are Iberia, AirEuropa, Ryanair and Vueling. However, other operators also fly to these airports, specially from outside Spain. The most recommended options for traveling from any of the airports in Galicia to Pontevedra are renting a car or taking the bus lines that connect the terminals in Santiago, Vigo, and A Coruña with the bus and train stations in their respective cities, from which there are direct services to Pontevedra. If you are flying to Porto, there are two bus lines that connect the city with the Portuguese airport several times a day (2 hours and 15 minutes). By bus:
