The registration fee will be
• €100 (€80 early bird)for authors with in-person or online presentation.
• €80 (€64 early bird) for student authors with in-person or online presentation (must provide proof of enrollment along with bank receipt).
• Assistance WITHOUT presentation: free.

The registration deadline is September 26, 2026.
A 20% discount will be applied to all registrations completed before July 10.
All authors of each submission must register and pay the corresponding fee. In cases where the same individual is listed as an author on multiple submissions, that person will only need to make one payment, regardless of the number of works submitted.

Registered participants must send the bank receipt confirming the payment of the registration fee to the email address congresocrea@uvigo.gal indicating their name, surname, and institution.
